We recommend that you inspect all the merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify that your order is correct. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. However, you must notify A Fox International of any discrepancies within 2 days from receipt of goods.

The full charge will be processed on your credit card the same day your order has been shipped.
When a credit card is declined, we will attempt to contact you by phone or E-mail one time only.
We can only ship to the address given to PayPal. Any international orders must use PayPal payments only, or the order will be cancelled.
Send your money order today and include your customer order number. Orders will be processed immediately. If we do not receive the money order within two weeks from your order date, the order will be canceled by A Fox International.
We do not accept personal checks, only cashier's check.
RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICIES:
We do not offer any refunds.
Due to scalp diseases and disorders we do not accept returns on wigs or hairpieces.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
We offer one exchange per original order, on same item for the same item.
No refunds will be permitted.
Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by A Fox International.
Request must be made within 2 days from receipt of goods.
Call or E-mail for return authorization Number (RMA#).
RMA # must be prominently displayed on the outside of the return package or enclosed in the package.
The return package must have a copy of the original invoice or the original invoice with the Return Authorization Number on it.
There is a 10% re-stocking fee for each piece returned.
Return freight is prepaid by the customer.
Under no circumstance will A Fox International accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
Items purchased from the "Sale Items" sale are exempt from our Return/Exchange Policies; they are a final sale item and are not returnable.
All items returned for exchanged must be in new condition. New meaning no brushing, picking, or styling the wig of any kind!
Merchandised must be in its Original box or poly bag (do not mark, tape or attach anything directly to the packaging).
Merchandise must have its original tag attached and hair net intact.
Merchandise must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, or picked) in any way. Any merchandise with styling products, smoke odor, etc. will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.
*All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.*
In the case that a product is found to be defective as determined and verified by the manufacturer, A Fox International will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost to you. You must contact A Fox International immediately to be able to receive the replacement. Replacements will be shipped out by Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method. At the customer's own cost, you may have a quicker shipping method. Claims for damaged shipments must be filed with carrier.
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. Should this occur it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise replaced or a credit applied.
We must be notified of your request to cancel your own order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. After this 24 hour time period has elapsed, a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be charged as a result of the cancellation. Customers who cancel their order because of the unavailability of backordered item(s), or discontinuance of item(s) are exempt from the $25.00 Cancellation Fee.
